His experience includes working with privately held, multinational, and listed companies across a broad range of industries, including real estate and construction, maritime and shipping, hospitality and leisure, manufacturing and retail, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, energy, education, and government. He has also led key advisory engagements for international organisations such as the UN, UNICEF, UNDP, and UNHCR, supporting their financial governance and compliance efforts.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton Saudi Arabia, Mustafa worked with KPMG in the UAE and Australia, EY, and a mid-tier firm in Australia, as well as Grant Thornton in Kuwait. His advisory expertise includes first-time adoption of IFRS in the UAE and business process improvements in both the UAE and Australia, helping organisations optimise their financial operations and reporting standards.
