Mohammad Zakiuddin is an accomplished Assistant Manager in Assurance with 8 years of experience in providing specialized services across a wide range of sectors. He joined Aldar Audit Bureau, Grant Thornton Saudi Arabia in January 2018, where he specializes in risk management evaluation, internal controls assessment, IFRS compliance, and Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUPs).
Zakiuddin has played a pivotal role in high-profile projects such as Saudi Aramco’s prestigious “IKTVA” Audit services and Saudi Government’s Local Content Authority (LC) audits. His expertise in IKTVA and LC services has positioned him as a key senior team member in delivering top-quality services for the Saudi Aramco IKTVA program and the Saudi Government's Local Content initiatives. His strategic insights and valuable feedback have contributed to the achievement of IKTVA and Local Content targets, helping the entities enhance their local procurement and content strategies.
His diverse experience spans multiple industries, including telecommunications, petroleum, financing/ leasing companies, stock brokerage, government organizations, insurance, construction, education, media, hospitality, real estate, and service sectors. Zakiuddin has also been heavily involved in IFRS compliance reviews, advising companies on their compliance status and providing professional recommendations for improvement.
