Imad is a seasoned leader in Assurance and Advisory, specialising in complex assurance services and business consulting. With over 20 years of experience, he has worked with a diverse range of clients, from privately held businesses to multinational listed companies across the USA, UAE, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia. His expertise spans multiple service lines within Assurance and Business Consulting, including IFRS conversions, process improvements, financial management, data analysis, and SAP pre/post-implementation testing.
His industry experience is extensive, covering key sectors such as oil & gas, telecommunications, hospitality, energy, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals. Imad has played a pivotal role in supporting clients with strategic financial solutions, helping businesses navigate regulatory requirements and operational efficiencies.
Imad’s contributions were instrumental in the firm’s recognition at the AI M&A Awards, securing accolades for Best in Corporate Finance – Saudi Arabia and Recognised Leader in Risk Management Services – Saudi Arabia.
Before joining Grant Thornton, Imad was the Managing Director at Adileh Group, specialising in commodity trade advisory. Prior to that, he served as the Group Director of Finance & Administration at AmCan International Group, overseeing financial strategy across the USA and GCC. His earlier career includes roles at EY in Jordan, where he was selected for the European Commission Audit team in Belgium, and Deloitte in the UAE, further strengthening his global expertise.
